How did Mel Gibson get recorded legally

How did Mel Gibson’s private telephone conversations get leaked to the press? If the calls were placed in California, it is the law to make all parties aware they are being recorded beforehand.

We think Oksana recorded them and then sold them. The reason is because the audio of her voice is so clear that it appears to be recorded from a landline phone. We at Spy Geeks hear a lot of phone recordings our customes bring in and whenever it’s 2 cell phones being recorded, the sound is muffled and sounds like Mel Gibson’s voice on those imfamous recordings. But when you record from a landline phone or hardwired phone to someone who is using a cell phone, then you get one side of the conversation much clearer. If you listen to the phone calls placed by Oksana, you will notice how clear her voice is compared to Mel’s voice which was obviously recieved on his Cell phone. This is why some people are thinking the tapes were edited. Also if you pay attention to the claims she makes after Mel speaks, it sounds like she’s trying to get him to admit to something on tape, which I would do too, if I knew I was recording someone. Make them say what you want them to say, right.

Mel Gibson’s lawyers filed a contempt motion against Oksana Grigorieva because they think she leaked the tapes.
