Why it’s important to background check your roommates!

It appears as though even basic surgical tools can be used for the most perverse amongst us.  A San Antonio surgical technician, Robert Samaniego, 51, was recently arrested and accused of using a laparoscope to spy on a female roommate who was showering at their home. 

The female roommate noticed a small hole in the shower wall.  Later, while showering, she noticed the camera watching her and alerted her mother.  When they went to check on the hole later on they noticed it was patched up and the other side was Mr. Samaniego’s bedroom. 

Mr. Samaniego is charged with one count of improper photography.
